This review is for Attorney Andrew Rudolphi

My name is Sami and this review is for.
my 18 year old son was charged with possession to distribute.
My son had many juvenile court cases for truancy in the last couple of years and the courts, the police and the probation officers had become his hunting demons since he was suffering from anxiety with severe symptoms of depression.
The court did not understand and we had no good attorney relied on public defendants for almost 2 years and no one was able to make the case that he was not truant but had a fear to be in public so we made my son’s life hell because we never had a real attorney. Please do not make my mistakes ever, stay away from public defenders and go clean bathrooms as second job, but safe your kids if they need your help!
When my son turned 18 the state brought back charges for marijuana found on his room a year earlier. Now they were charging him with possession with intent. That charge totally destroyed my already terrorized child.
I found John Boneta on line and made an appointment to see him.
When I went to meet Mr. Boneta, he was not there but a young attorney who seemed very pleasant to talk too, and kind and decent by the name of Andrew Rudolphi met me and we signed the papers for him to represent me.
I had gone there for John Bonetta and was not sure if Andrew could be as good an attorney as Boneta seems to have build his reputation in the community.
As much as I was worried for my son I wanted to talk to Andrew every second for updates and it would not stick in my mind that the good attorneys have many cases and mess up or ignore none that’s why they are great.
He kept telling me to calm down and i suspected perhaps once you pay them they have no more motivation to spend time with you.
I send an e mail to him and his firm, telling the firm and him personally that I did not go there to hire Andrew but Bonta’s firm and thought my attorney was Boneta and he could be simply Bonetta’s assistant, something I feel not proud now to have said but I was in panic for my son.
I regret my hasty reaction, especially after I had the chance to see for myself what a fantastic lawyer Andrew really is.
Something I suspect is that his personality spread good energy and I thinkt a kind person like Andrew will be very successful in cutting a deal for you with the prosecutor if your case permits a better deal, better than fighting a risky trial battle in the courtroom.
Andrew, even though younger than half my age was not only a wonderful young man but a great professional and show no signs of contempt for my letter to his firm when I knew nothing how good a layer he is and wanted only Boneta to represent my son but worked with same dedication and kindness and tried to get the best he could get for my son, and oh God the best he did.
I just finished my son’s case today and just wished to all the man and women out there who have been in trouble with the law and perhaps punished more than they deserve, they only be lucky to get an attorney like me and my son found in Andrew.
Cases are not all the same different circumstances, different, prosecutors, different judges and different probation officers but a good attorney like Andrew Rudolphi will be a blessing for you if you face yourself against felony misdemeanor or whatever charges there might be
He will fight for you to prove your innocence or to shed some positive lights in your defense because in the front of the state you are a criminal for any criminal offense but you know you are a human that deserve the best professional to defend you for your troubles in life.
I give Andrew the best ratings an attorney can ever get.
God bless this young man!

Andrew is outstanding! My daughter was arrested for DUI and Andrew was wonderful in representing her. She went through alcohol recovery in another state, so we had to navigate the complexities of the Fairfax County Court in getting her restricted driving privileges acknowledged so she could get a restricted driver’s license in another state. More complex than it sounds. He to s the best.

I found Andrew Rudolphi and John A. Boneta & Associates while struggling to obtain a protective order from a person who was stalking, harassing and threatening me. I was overwhelmed with the situation and found the process of navigating the court system intimidating. From my first meeting with Andrew and John, I felt that I was understood and they would do everything possible to help me obtain a protective order and feel safe. Andrew made time to speak with me and helped me understand the process. This was not an easy case, the person harassing me was very careful and there was not a lot of direct evidence. Andrew developed a detailed strategy putting together my evidence, witnesses and supporting material to create a case that could not be denied. Andrew was brilliant with his cross examination of the respondent and left no doubt that he was guilty and I deserved the order of protection. I would highly recommend Andrew, he is professional and dedicated to achieving a positive outcome.

This was my first time ever dealing with courts and all. I made a terrible decision and ended up with a DWI. I was nervous, anxious, scared I was feeling every negative emotion at once. I did not know how to go about the situation at all. I explored my options with lawyers and it seemed like they were only concerned about the money. A friend passed onto me Andrew Rudolphi’s information and I will forever be grateful. As soon as I walked into his office I felt at easy. I explained my situation/charge he was quick to give me advice and tell me what I should do in order to help my case. As opposed to other lawyers who just gave me the worst case scenario but nothing to help unless I paid them. I knew right off the bat Andrew was being genuine and actually cared. He worked with me and answered all my questions. Believe me when I tell you he looks in the best interest of his clients, he does his research and doesn’t mind it at all. He made sure he had every single detail even the little things. The day of my court date I went in expecting the worst, considering it was my first time and I did not know what to expect or what was going to happen. Let’s admit some judges and prosecutors can be harsh and unforgiving. Andrew remained calm and reassured me he was going to do everything he could to get me a great outcome. That’s exactly what happen. I feel as if a thank you isn’t even enough to explain how grateful and how much I appreciate Andrew Rudolphi’s help. I would definitely recommend him as a lawyer and I will definitely save his information.( Not that I plan on getting into anymore trouble haha). Once again Thank you so much!!!!!!

I made a horrible mistake of drinking and driving after going to a Christmas dinner on December 21, 2015. I was initially pulled over for speeding, but after cop smelled alcohol and conducted the field sobriety test. I was booked soon thereafter and charged with DUI in Fairfax County with a BAC of 0.10 and 0.11. I was miserable because I had gotten arrested 5 years ago in Arlington County for DUI, but since I only blew 0.05 BAC they gave me a nolle prosequi and amended the charge to a Reckless Driving. I vowed to then never drink and drive ever again. Five years later, here I am getting arrested again with the same offense. I knew I was in trouble and hated myself for it.
John was referred to me by a cop in Arlington County, ironically enough. After meeting John and Andrew; the latter attorney is one of his associates at the firm, my initial impression of them were mostly positive. I was impressed with Andrew’s attention to detail and his methodical approach towards strengthening my case. John was a former cop and prosecutor, so I was confident he has the expertise to get the best possible outcome. But I still wasn’t 100% sure they will fight for me all the way. After consulting a few DUI attorneys, I concluded John and Andrew were the best team and retained them as my counsels.
After retaining them I made some lifestyle changes and committed to being a good citizen. They advised I be patient during the waiting period, but having a DUI charge lingering over your head made it very challenging. During this time period, John assured me that he was the best DUI lawyer and would do everything in his power to get a favorable outcome and this provided peace and comfort. They advised I start on their mitigation package, which I completed before my court date, but I still didn’t know what was going to happen. The Prosecutor assigned was Fairfax County’s best DUI prosecutor and would not offer a plea deal at all, so my case got continued 3 times. I, unfortunately, ended up getting the same prosecutor again. So we went to trial and the rest is history.
John was exceptional once the case went to trial. His opening statement was brilliant, and this really set the tone for the entirety of the trial. I felt like John was a surgeon, knowing the ins and outs about legal elements to suppress and discredit the arresting officer’s testimony. John continued to tear apart officer’s testimony and his report, given that the arrest video contradicted officer’s claims. John fought tooth and nails with the prosecutor about every evidence presented and discredited them. It almost felt the jostling between John and the prosecutor was a heavy weight title fight, but John was clearly the better attorney in that court room. To put it simply, John was more eloquent, detailed oriented, and delivered objections which led him to controlling the momentum of the trial. As the trial progressed, I felt good about my chances but still wasn’t sure how things would pan out. When the judge read the verdict and stated that Prosecutor did not prove beyond reasonable doubt and dismissed my case, I started crying. I was so elated and hugged John and Andrew. John and Andrew, I want to thank you for your exceptional work. You guys make an exceptional team. John is truly a brilliant trial lawyer and even a better person. I am truly blessed they both were my attorneys. I will give John and Andrew my highest recommendations!

Sincerely,

TS

Andrew is very friendly and understanding. I was super scared and really anxious going into my court date and his calm demeanor, obvious experience, and knowledge were really reassuring. We got the absolute most positive outcome I could have possibility expected and it’s really such a huge understatement to say I’m grateful for what he was able to do.

I’d recommend him to anybody!

*Short version: I was pulled over for an expired Inspection. I was unknowingly driving on a suspended license. I paid a ticket too late and my license was suspended. I thought my payment was in time to prevent that from happening but I was incorrect. I had failed to pay my “reinstatement fee”. Andrew was able to secure documentation that I had attempted to pay and simply misunderstood protocol/procedure.*
