I hired Andrew to represent me in a Drunk in Public charge. I was considering pleading guilty because my potential fine plus court costs was only $141.00. Andrew convinced me to hire him because I am on ASAP probation for a DWI and a guilty plea could have triggered a violation of my probation, and the prospect of jail time. Andrew was able to use the facts from the police report, my mitigating circumstances, and his knowledge of case law to get my Drunk in Public charge dismissed. I definitely would use Andrew again as my attorney but I’m positive to stay out of any future trouble.
